I bought this adapter from amazon when my lenovo adapter stopped working due to a cut in the cord. It worked fins at first but after about 3 months it abruptly stopped working. At first, I thought it might be a laptop problem because green light in adapter was glowing but charging light flickered. I went to a local laptop repair shop and they plugged my laptop with a different adapter. I was relieved to see that its not a laptop problem. Then they checked the adapter and showed me that voltage in adapter is fluctuating a lot and I should replace it to avoid any damage to the laptop. I take care of my stuffs so I assume its not my fault. I am a student and its final exam time. All of a sudden if my laptop, where I have most of my work stored, stops functioning its enough to make me mad. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product if a functioning laptop is an essential part of your job. Or buy several of them so u can replace once it stops working :P

it is cheaper than I thought I can, but it adapts my coumpter and works very well. have a good new year.
